Egypt and the Middle East

Financial Director, then General Manager, then Managing Director

Three promotions in twelve months, from finance into running the company. Then five years leading it.

Financial Director, 2002. Ran the annual audit, the financial statements and the accounting side of the expansion plan.
General Manager, Operations, 2002 to 2003. Integrated the company into Trane's EMAIR operations. A $1 million plant and warehouse investment produced $600,000 positive segment income, the first in the plant's history.
Managing Director and Regional Director, 2003 to 2008. Full P&L, budget and cash flow with the board. Sales grew from $10 million to $26 million in 2003 to 2005.
Reversed three years of losses with small chillers, R407 units and a fan coil design exported to Europe at 40 percent below Daikin. Six Sigma Green Belt; led DMAIC across the sales office.

Given additional charge of the washroom systems division for the Middle East on the strength of the Egypt results.
